Concept of the nightYour dinner party menu would have already been planned prior with Chef David, so on the evening of your dinner party, all you need to do is set the table, relax and enjoy your guests. David, Carla and Christophe will generally arrive approximately 1 hour prior to you time of guests arrival. They will arrive with all of your food for the evening, and take over your kitchen, and commence preparation of your menu. You and your guests, are welcome to watch the Chef's prepare your menu and ask questions at your leisure, it is not only a night of fantastic cuisine, but also interaction with the Chef and possibly a learning experience for you and your guests. Once your guests arrive, Carla is your Maitre D, she will commence your evening of personalised service and offer Hors D'oeuvres and thus continuing throughout your complete menu, serving you all night. Chef David and Christophe will interact with you and your guests throughout the evening, explaining your menu and any questions anyone has about anything at all. After you culinary experience is complete, Carla, David and Christophe will leave you to enjoy the rest of your evening at your leisure with your guests. Your kitchen, by the way, will look as if no one has ever been there, they leave it just as they found it, and you do not have to clean the dishes that were used. A La Gourmandise dinner party is one that you will boast to your friends, that of being an evening of culinary experience and extremely personalised service.

a vast knowledge of international cuisine. This is just a sample, but
they prefer to tailor make a menu for you. Your imagination of menu can
be as creative as you wish. Starting priceDinner party menus are priced per person. La Gourmandise can travel to your preferred location, house or boat...anything is possible. For dinner parties of six or more guests does not include a call out fee. If you are dining for two people, a $400 call out fee applies, and for four people a $200 call out fee applies. Therefore, for six of more people, you are priced only on your menu. Menu prices start from $100 GST incl. per person. Your menu will include Hors D'oeuvres, entrée, main meal and dessert. Additional courses of cheese, palate cleansers, and any other courses you wish to indulge in can be arranged. Your price of your menu depends on your choice of ingredients in your menu selection, and any further courses you wish to have. David will make your menu with your budget you have requested in mind. Beverages are organised by you. La Gourmandise does not charge you a surcharge for serving your own drinks, this is the only organisation you need to do for you dinner party.
